PulseX products are sold through our authorised marketplace partners. This website is informational; all orders, payments, shipping and returns are handled by the marketplace at checkout and are subject to that marketplace’s terms.

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications and pricing accurate, but do not warrant that all content is error-free, and we may correct any errors or update information without notice.

PulseX products carry a limited warranty as described on our Warranty page. The warranty applies only to units purchased through the official listing and registered in accordance with the stated process. It does not cover accidental, water or misuse damage.

All content on this site — including the PulseX name, logo, text, graphics and product imagery — is owned by PulseX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without prior written permission.

PulseX is a percussion massage device intended for muscle warm-up and recovery. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before use if you have an injury or medical concern.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
